1. Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer of 20 years , welcome to visit our company any time.
2. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, We cordially welcome sample orders as they provide an opportunity to test and evaluate the quality of our products.
3. What about the lead time?
A: Usually Sample needs 3-7 days if we have stock . Order quantity less than 2000pcs, mass production time needs 15-20 days;the quantity is less than 6000,
and the delivery time is 35 days;more than 10000pcs, please contact us to negotiate.
4. What is your MOQ?
A: Usually we don't have MOQ , 1pc for sample checking is available,but the bigger qty, the lower price!
5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually could arrange to ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. The shipment usually takes 7- 15days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
6. How to proceed an order for led light?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
7. Can you design for us and print my logo on on led light product?
A: Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in packaging box design and manufacturing. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
