Cast AlNiCo magnets can work at high temperatures (up to 500°C). Although other magnetic materials have strong coercivity, the high remanence, thermal stability and corrosion resistance of AlNiCo magnets make them have different characteristics from other magnetic materials. AlNiCo magnets have high magnetic flux density, good time stability, and small temperature coefficient. They are used in occasions with large temperature changes and have little demagnetization. The magnetic circuit structure is equipped with a magnetizing function, which can make full use of magnetism and has high hardness. For grinding operations only.

Nickel-cobalt magnets have high residual magnetism (up to 1.35T) and low temperature coefficient. When the temperature coefficient is -0.02%/℃, the maximum operating temperature is about 520℃.
